The Baron’s Estate
The Baron’s Estate has five bedooms with ensuite bathrooms, a suite with a walk out patio area, and a two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage. The communal dining room is grand. There are several lounge areas and sitting rooms, a large terrace and unlimited wifi and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The grounds are expansive and there is a 15 X 7 metre pool. It’s a great place for relaxing and unwinding after a day of touring. You can even take a walk in your private forest with trees that are more than 250 years old.

LOCATION
The Estate is located on the outskirts of Torre de’Passeri, a town in the heart of the Abruzzo region’s Pescara River Valley, 10 minutes from the mountains, 30 minutes from the Adriatic Coast and 90 minutes east of Rome.
